Whoever invented the clear fluid diet should have to follow it...

I have a procedure this Wednesday that puts me on clear fluids for two days.

Grocery Shopping

Wow am I ever exhausted. Walmart, Costco and the mall all in one day. I never do that. But surprise, surprise I am actually in better shape than I thought I was. Five hours of shopping!!! I NEVER go five hours at a time.
I had a great time with Jen and the kids and of course my wonderful hubby.

Sundays

I love Sundays. They are my favorite day of the week. I get to rest, recharge and renew my covenants with my Saviour. Ron was home this week so it made it an even better day. Enjoy your week.
